Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All items will be delivered to school and can be collected from the collection point in school.
When you place an order you will receive an email detailing your order and order number. It is important that you keep this safe as you will need this for collection.
You will receive another email when your items are ready for collection. Your child should then make their way to the collection point at the designated times with their order number. Details of this will be in the email confirming collection is ready.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item(s) for a refund this must be done within 30 days from the date of collection and the item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition they were received in and with the labels still attached.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item(s) we would ask that you return the item(s) that you wish to change for an alternative size for a refund and place a new order for the required replacement. This must be done within 30 days from the date of collection and the item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition they were received in and with the labels still attached.
